We do not collect, store, or log any personal information including IP addresses, user agents, or browsing behavior. All memos are encrypted end-to-end, and encryption keys are never stored on our servers.

3. Data Storage

Memos are stored in encrypted form in our database. The encryption key is included in the URL and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Without the complete URL, the memo content cannot be decrypted.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping memo URLs secure and confidential
  • Not sharing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Understanding that once a URL is shared, anyone with access can view the memo
  • Not attempting to access memos without proper authorization

5. Service Limitations

We implement rate limiting to prevent abuse. Users are limited to a reasonable number of requests per time period. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice.

6. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss, unauthorized access, or damages resulting from the use of this service.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to bypass security measures or rate limits
  • Using automated tools to access or enumerate memos
  • Sharing content that violates applicable laws
  • Attempting to disrupt or damage the service

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
